From where are your products shipped?
Attention to detail is very important to us. Thus, we are committed to high quality products made on a cooperative basis with various Quebec companies. The products are shipped from our company located in the southwest of Montreal, Canada.
How long does it take to have an order shipped?
Allow 1 to 3 weeks for processing and delivery.
Do you guarantee the quality of your products?
Ensuring your products are of high quality is crucial to us. Thus, if you have any issues with your order, please contact us for replacement or repair.
My order is damaged, what can I do?
Please contact us at studio@catois.ca, if your order arrives damaged.
We would ask you to take pictures of the packaging and the products.
Can I exchange, cancel or return my order ?
If you’d like to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request, although we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.
Can limited edition prints be different sizes ?

Which currency is displayed on the website ?
All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Are the prints signed by Catherine?
Upon purchase, you may request the artist’s signature on the print and assign a specific area, in the comments section. Please note that the artist will label each piece with a distinct number (numbered to a total of 25 copies).
Can I request a personalized or custom item?
Catherine rarely accepts to produce a custom order. Please note that no reproductions of existing work will be accepted. Please contact us for more information.
Are you selling your pottery?
Currently not available, new collections of pottery can be created according to your preferences. Please let us know if you are interested by contacting us by email.
