Cancellation and modification

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately. Once your order is in production, we are not able to make changes.

Refunds

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, if you have any concerns, it is important to let us know as soon as possible. We will make every effort to resolve the situation.

All items can be returned or exchanged for a full refund minus our shipping costs. However, no requests will be processed after 10 days from the date of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged order

Please contact us at studio@catois.ca, if your order arrives damaged. We would ask you to take pictures of the packaging and the products.
